  1. Upon arrival, if we discover that the job will take much longer than expected due to an excess of debris in the rain gutters, we will communicate with you regarding a price change.

  2. If the service provider does not feel safe, for instance, if there is a significant buildup of moss on the roof, or if the roof is generally more slippery or steep than anticipated, we reserve the right to refuse the job.

  3. There are many types of gutter guards, some of which are significantly more difficult to remove and reinstall. These jobs may take us longer than the expected time. In such cases, we will communicate with you regarding a price change.

  4. Generally, 10% to 15% of our gutter cleaning jobs result in price changes or cancellation.

we will take out the debris from inside the rain gutters, then we will use high pressure to make sure all the downpipes are flowing. At last will use a water fed pole to clean the exterior parts of the gutters
